What? Why didn't I think of this? Were this written 10 years ago I would have thought about grad school for political science (I still wouldn't have gotten in though). But anyway. It's by a GW poli sci Prof who noticed the same brinksmanship occuring in the relations between rap luminaries as occurs between world powers. To explain it he decided to apply foreign policy models to their behavior. Its pretty funny/cool.
