Bridge on Michigan ave.

I had to wait 20 min for the bridge to go down so I could cross. But I
quizzed one of the traffic people while I as waiig and got the 411-I
guess they let boats go through twice a week. On weds and sats. It was
cool to watch because all of the people waiting to cross were leaning
in the railings (hundreds of people) and they were waiving to the
boaters.
